Pilesgrove Township Bids , RFP's & RFQ's
Pilesgorove Township is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. for the following positions:
Interested applicants must submit the following information by mail or in person to the Township Clerk: Pilesgrove Township Municipal Building 1180 Route 40 East, Pilesgrove, NJ 08098. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Responders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (Affirmative Action) and P.L. 2004, c.57 (Business Registration). Responders are also required to submit a statement of ownership with their Letter of Qualifications as required by P. L. 1977, c. 33 (Disclosure of Ownership).
An original clearly marked as an "ORIGINAL" and
seven (7) full, complete, and exact copies of each proposal shall be submitted
in sealed envelopes and must be marked with the appropriate position. The
information to be submitted in order to be considered is as follows:
professional resume and/or other materials which shall include at a minimum full
name and business address; dates of licensure in the State of New Jersey; a
listing of any professional affiliations or membership in any professional
societies or organizations, with an indication as to any offices held therein;
the number of licensed professionals employed by/affiliated with the applicant;
a listing of all special accreditations held by the individual licensed
professional or business entity; and a listing of all previous public entities
served by the business entity or licensed professional, indicating the dates of
service and position held and a fee proposal for the Township year.
The Pilesgrove Township
Committee, who shall subsequently award the contract for the services, will
review proposals received. The award of the Contract will be based on the
following criteria; (i) responsiveness to the required submissions; (ii) general
experience and reputation in the field; (iii) specific experience/knowledge of
Pilesgrove Township and the subject matter to be addressed under the Contract;
(iv) qualifications and experience which most closely match the needs of the
Township; (v) availability to accommodate meeting and interface requirements
with the Township for meetings, phone conferences, and office consultations;
(vi) office resources, including backup staff, which are deemed most adequate to
service the needs of the Township; and (vii) the applicant who is deemed
otherwise most advantageous based on all information submitted or gathered in
connection with the proposal.
The Township reserves the right to; (i) not
select any of the applicants; (ii) require applicants to submit to a personal
interview and/or submit additional or clarifying information; (iii) to reject
any or all proposals; (iv) to waive any informalities in the proposals; and (v)
procure the articles or services from other sources if deemed most advantageous
to the objectives of the Township; (vi) The Township's determination of the
applicant who is most advantageous to the goals and objectives of the Township
shall be final and conclusive.
