Update to Public Notices Requirements

Pursuant to the Public Notice Law 2025 Chapter 72 of the State of New Jersey starting on or before March 1, 2026 all legal notices will be advertised in full complete text on the official Township website and can be obtained or viewed by the public by visiting the hyperlink https://www.pilesgrovenj.org/news. 

Timeline to Public Notices:

January 1, 2026- February 28, 2026- Public Notices will be advertised in the South Jersey Times and the Official Township Website. 

March 1, 2026 and all time after- Public Notices will no longer be advertised in the South Jersey Times and will only be advertised on the official Township website.
